Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT

Payments accepeted are all credit and debit cards (excluding American Express). Please note that payment will not be taken until items have been picked from our store room.

DELIVERY

The cost of delivery is a flat rate of £5.95.

Mainland U.K orders are sent next working day delivery if ordered before 12 noon on a working day (after 12 will be carried over until the next day). Orders placed between Friday noon - Sunday night will be despatched on Monday as next day delivery.

Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands and Channel islands will have a delivery time of approx 2-4 days.

RETURNS

We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of you receiving them if they are in original condition and have not been used/worn.
Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice along with the reason for return and the required action.
